You will:

  • Provide a high-level of support to employees by responding to Human Resource questions, issues and needs
  • Help with the coordination of meetings for HR and additional departments
  • Own the maintenance of our Applicant Tracking System (Jazz)
  • Assemble new hire paperwork packets and orientation binders
  • Attend on-campus career fairs & assemble/maintain booth materials
  • Help with interview coordination and scheduling
  • Provide onboarding support for full-time hires - including onboarding data entry and verification
  • Assist with offboarding processing and logistics for voluntary and involuntary terminations.
  • Be involved in employee committee planning (Volunteer, Social, Wellness) and other Strive culture events
  • Manage, send and maintain items for outbound Strive custom customer packages
  • Conduct regular data and process audits to ensure data accuracy, data quality and identify potential process improvements in data flow.
  • Assist the HR Generalists and HR Director with program execution and ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Creation and maintenance of personnel files and filing of all applicable employee documentation
  • Keep all compliance documentation and update items such as posters, etc. as requested.
  • Schedule travel and hotel for executives (when applicable)
  • Order, set up & break down company luncheons or special meetings
  • Ensure that all information, data, and conversations are held in complete confidence

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Basic knowledge of Human Resource principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • High computer literacy, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • 0-2 years of prior professional experience, preferably in Human Resources or Customer Support
